With 4 races completed out of 10, the Super Tour National Championship is well underway, and the top contenders are starting to emerge in all three categories.
Super Pro: Mike Chénier on a mission
Reigning champion Mike Chénier, behind the wheel of his Chevy Corvette, is in great position to defend his title, currently leading the standings with 3,600 points. He is closely followed by 2023 champion Phil Harvey, who is teaming up with his father Jean this season. The duo trails by only 400 points and still has one race in hand.
Kyle Jessup, a former champion, shares third place with Landyn Urslak, both sitting at 3,100 points. Allan Ray, from Belleville, Ontario, rounds out the Super Pro top 5 with 2,900 points.
Keep an eye on 2023 champion Brock Godmaire, currently sitting 14th with only two races completed. He could make a strong comeback at the next event.

Footbrake: New names shaking up the standings
The Footbrake category currently has a new face at the top: Martin Patry, from the Québec City area, leads the way with his Fox Body Mustang and 3,800 points. Right behind him is seasoned contender Darryl Jensen, trailing by only 400 points.
Next, a tie between Steve Duquette from Rouyn-Noranda and Martin Lassiseraye from Québec City, both with 2,800 points. Noémie Ballabey, Russ Fraser, and Yvan Grenier follow with 2,600 points each.
One to watch this season: Alain Marois from Drummondville, currently in 9th place with only two races completed. Marois has confirmed his participation at the Bracket Bonanza, where three full days of racing will count toward the championship, a good opportunity to climb the standings.

Junior: Parker Seguin builds a strong lead
In the Junior ranks, Parker Seguin from North Bay holds a solid lead with an 800-point advantage over Mavrick Angers from Laval. Rounding out the top 5 are Shelbie Seguin, Cole Krottner, and Hayley Angers.

NEXT STOP: THE 44TH EDITION OF THE BRACKET BONANZA
